Rabbi Shmuly Rothman is part of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators. After passing the course with commendations from the president and founder of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators, Tom Heck, Shmuly introduced the Coach Leadership model to teachers and administrators throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area and watched them shift their game to a much better place.
Because of Shmuly’s insightful life coaching tactics, teachers who were ready to quit were able to regain control of their classrooms and enjoy a healthy, positive teaching experience.
He worked with the administration of several educational facilities regarding tough-to-handle discipline issues. This led all parties involved to resolve many of their difficulties and fostered a new environment of productivity and well-being.
Shmuly has also helped people in administration and education understand whether or not their jobs were for them, coaching them to find the inner knowledge to decide if their current positions were healthy and productive and enabling them to have the courage to change their lives for the better.
Shmuly implemented experiential education in the Solomon Schechter Community Day School of Pittsburgh with results that delighted his supervisors and colleagues.
