Rabbi Shmuly Rothman’s Leadership Training has opened up that unknown door to me: the door of leadership. I am learning how to take complete responsibility for every part of my program, for my staff and more importantly for myself. We took the courses offered by Rabbi S. Rothman for camp staff and directors, and I felt that the tools and the ideas we discussed –including communication techniques and setting the girls up for success- benefited the camp tremendously.
The counselors and Head Counselors told me repeatedly throughout the summer that they felt completely supported and cared for, which translated into a really smooth and successful summer. (Of course, the fact that we had a great group of girls, made it that much easier to care for and support them:-)
